I graduated as one of the stalwart 5 in the first graduating class from the Sandy campus and then headed off to Swarthmore College outside of Philadelphia. After 2 years I served a mission in Duesseldorf, Germany and then returned to finish up a double major in Biology and English, pre-med. During those last 2 years I met and courted my wife Heather who hails from Bristol, Connecticut, home of ESPN.
After graduation we moved back to Utah, living first in Sandy and now in Draper. The Waterford tradition continues to run strong - I work at the Waterford Institute which builds educational software for children, and I send my kids to the Waterford School in Sandy. This past year I had the reality-warping experience of going to a parent teacher conference for my eldest daughter, meeting first with Mark Bromley and then with Steve Manning.
This past year I finished up a Psych PhD from BYU where I worked with Hal Miller, Bruce Brown (father of Robert Brown) and Mikle South. It's a small world.
I have 5 children - Sage (12), Indigo (11), Dustin (8), Corwin (8), and Garrison (5), one dog - Darwin (2), and two cats - Kasparov (5) and Atticus (5). Overall, I can't believe it's been 20 years already and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!
